  1. You have all made such a difference. I am truly inspired by your selflessness. It is amazing how you have touched so many here at home & in Guatemala. You all left a part of yourselves there & are bringing home so many memories & experiences. The local people have touched you as well & you will bring home a part of them as well. These photos are touching, amazing & inspirational. You can see the bond that you've made. I am both crying & smiling--proud doesn't seem like the most appropriate word..we are more than proud of all of you!! Now go have some fun in Antigua...can't wait for all the stories-- enjoy your last few days. Can't wait to welcome you all home!!!

  4. What a trip...you will never, ever forget the village and its people. And there are lots of us here at home who cannot wait to hear the stories--day by day! You know Dad will want the details, Molly, so be prepared...just start with "first, we landed in Guatemala City" and go from there!

You've all earned a fabulous vacation so enjoy the next few days as you experience Guatemala's scenery and culture. But keep posting photos!!

Love you, Molly, and missing you lots and lots! XOXOXOXO

Now it is time for you to see the rest of the beautiful country and have some fun. Sam when you come back you have to tell us some stories we are all waiting, no one word answers. Take lots more pictures they are the highlight of our day.

  8. It looks like the hardest part is complete. I loved seeing my Hannah with a shovel in her hand not her Iphone! The hard work and compassion were obvious in the pictures, no one is taking lightly the tremendous energy and labor that your group generated for this village. I hope you enjoy your time in Antigua... sun and fun is deserved for all of you. ( also presents for parents are a thoughtful touch! ) Love, Ginny L
