Buenos Dias!

It is 6 a.m. here and I am about to get the kids out of bed.  We will start our day at the job site a little earlier today in order to do the heavy work before it gets too hot.

Today we will continue with the rebar work and then mix and pour the cement.  After lunch, we will distribute more clothing, flip flops, soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, etc to the villagers of Pueblo Modelo.  I will try to get more photos of their homes and beautiful community they have built in 5 short years.

After the distribution, Hannah will do her "Tummy Time" presentation to the mothers of the village.  This is her Senior Project.....which is intended to teach new moms proper care for their newborns and toddlers.

All for now.  Thanks so much for your support!

Love,
Kim

  3. Hi Dylan,
Hope you all know how proud we are of you here in RI. One week of your time and hard work will mean a lifetime of clean water for all the families you are helping. Love seeing the smiles on the children's faces. You haven't finished your project yet; but already you have made a differance. Keep up the good work!!! Love you, Uncle Joe & Aunt Agi
